you can't get any CCTB and receive any health insurance for that taxation year if your kids are not in Canada over 183 days because your kids are not regarded as Canadian residents for taxation purpose. but your kids are still Canadian residents or Canadian citizens for immegration purpose. It's a hell bent case that you do not meet the requirement 3 from the ablove list.

3. You must be a resident of Canada.

every 7 years one is allowed to be away for a full year and still have health insurance covered.

后来因为别的事被政府查，顺藤摸瓜说他冒领牛奶金，怎么处理不知道，但事主很痛苦，我觉得要是生活实在困难就赌一把，要是想在这常呆，估计未来也说的过去，还是别冒险。
就好比大家都知道杂货店偷税，也没看到谁被抓，可是我就认识少报税被罚破产的；被税务局盯上，吓得把店卖了的；听说开按摩院被税务说巨额收入来源不明，勒令补税的。也有开饭店不交税在修女岛买百万豪宅的。反正有道的和有运气的都没事。
