Iebuz, follow your plan, you will have no chance to catch HJ as west has two H and you have only one lest in dummy.

the right plan should be:
Duck first H to cut the com between east and west.
the best defense is to continue an H, then you win it in dummy, play C back to CK in hand, continue with ST towards dummy's S6( west couldn't cover SJ), east can do nothing after either duck or win with SA,
if east win SA and played another round of H, you pitch D in hand and ruff H with SK, then follow D ( CA is the entry to dummy in case east covered with DA) to discard 2 small C. you only lose 2S and 1H

if east duck first round of S, you can just shift to D, east has to take his DA, then he can only return H.  you ruff in hand and play C towards dummy's CA, east either ruff or not will have no effect on your result, as you still have SK to kill west's HJ  if east returns an H

Right?
