I think not. But better to ask the dealer. Because most of anti-rust proof
treatment need drilling few holes in side of doors and outside panels. Doing
so without permit from dealer may void  the warranty. Be careful.

The non-drilling anti-rust is quite expensive and not many garage want to
do.
