I just found my status updated as below,
does anyone know when to receive the visa pick-up letter?

"Medical results have been received."

"体检结果收到"和后面的话是同时updated的吗？还是先后被update的？
因为前两天也发现状态栏增加了"体检结果收到"，但是没有"fianl decision has been made"

不是同时的，必须收到体检后，才会有下一步的更新

一般更新为"体检结果已收到"以后， 多久才能更新为"final decision made..."呢？

For your information:
In my case, two weeks after submitted my CSQ(mid Sept), I got a ME notice, updating two documents, interview waiver(early Oct). I went to check my status b/c it was down last weekend, then I found ME received and DM at the same time.
