我爱人持访问签证来蒙成探亲,签证有效期为3个月,至8月25日,入加拿大境时没被要求过移民局,护照上也就没有移民官手写的签证失效日期. 本人持到明年4月的工作签证,请问:我爱人必须在8月25前离境还是能呆6个月,或更长时间? 或提供

Your wife can stay 6 months from the date she entered Canada. She can also request an extension for another 6 months on a condition that you will still have a valid work permit at the end of the extended 6 month period.

The 3 month validity you mentioned is not the period of time your wife can stay in Canada. That is the time your wife must enter Canada after she got her visa.
