YMCA is Young Men's Christian Association.
There are several in Montreal.
There is one on Stanley street, near Concordia U.
I believe there is a beginner's salsa lesson there every week.
The YMCA in Chinatown also offers salsa lesson.
In general after you pay for the YMCA monthly membership fee,
you can do all the activities offered there for free.
There are quite a few places to learn dancing downtown.
I'll give a couple of examples below:
1. Cat's Corner Swing dancing school.
