Summary info. in case u don't find it: buy a jar of BBQ sauce from China town (叉燒 sauce), apparently the best is Li Kam Kee from Hong Kong. Follow instructions on the jar. Get some metal wire to hang the marinated pork strips in oven. If it were me, I don't have metal wire and don't do it often - just straighten big paper clips at home, try this at your own risk la!

- don't know, but whenever u make it, remember to "hang" it dry for x hours after marinate and before baking.
- warning, it will take days for 2 people to finish 1 duck! |
