sample of Invitation letter:

I, ____________, residing at _________________, would like to invite my mother, _________, residing at _____________, to visit us in Canada for about ____ months starting from ________.

The purpose of the visit is social as well as tourism within Canada. During her visit, she will stay with us at the above address and we will be responsible for all her expenses including the round trip air fare to Canada, food, housing, travelling within Canada, medical insurance and her all the other expenses.

We will make sure that my mother will leave Canada before the expiration of her authorized stay. Please kindly grant her a Temporary Resident Visa.

I can see almost everyone prepared enought documentation, just see who's lucky who's not!!! Good luck is important, don't listen to the bullshit analysis...

真的是这样啊! 有的人条件和材料不见得有多充分,一样签下来, 可有的明明一点移民倾向都没有一样拒. 你想啊, 一天差不多百十人去签, 总不能都给过吧, 到底谁过?谁不过? (其实大家条件都差不多, 材料内容更是翻印一样的象) 全凭签证官心情, 当然也就是咱的运气啦. 哎, 没处说理去....

亲自送去当天拿结果的难一些！因为签证官看资料的时间充足一点。

没那么复杂吧，我都请父母来两次了，全是一次拿到签证，邀请信我是写给我父母的，中英文各一份，写的也很简单，都没有半页，英文是打印的，中文我就手写的，因为打印麻烦，估计鬼子也看不动。就说工作或学习太忙，夏天加拿大也很美，当然非常非常想念他们，所以请他们来。因为我担保他们，所以也写了一切费用我出。如果父母自己担保就不写，同学的父亲自己担保也签下来了。
当然，想念父母是真真切切，希望大家都很顺利。

Today my mom got refused (first time)

Status:
1.My mom is retired
2.My father is still working
3.No 房产证, Only a certificate of 房产证明 from 父母单位
4. Funds is around 14W
5. No car
6.I am PR , single, still student.

Officail reason for refusing:

A411 (god damn A411,again)
I am not satisfied that you are sufficiently well-established and/or have sufficient ties in your country of residence to motivate your departure from Canada at the end of your authorised period of stay

that is only excuse the Officer use!

Damn it!
