Thanks. Actually, I just try do my parts no matter what the result will be. I realized that if I wish our community will get stronger as same as the Jewish and Black communities, I have to do my parts, which I should not so concerned about what the others they do. I already suffered more than enough, it's not fun at all.

The reason why I am doing this just try to let the others from my bad experience in order to avoid these problems I dealing everyday to meet thier future suppose to be.

Welcome all of you. As I am one of Chinese especilly in this community, I just do my parts in order to let our Chinese society getting more stronger to build up a better life at this new country.

I just try to make example, instead just stay here complainning, accusing our own people, I believe the best way to survive our Chinese, we all should do our own parts, which mean is don't get matter if no one really follows, don't expect to get any favor returns for oue own contributions, by then for sure in some day, our community would get more stronger, which also possibly to expecting other communities respect us.

So I am not really mind even someone accusing me the way of poor English spaeking and writing, since what I am doing is nothing personal; and I also not really expect the result for the neariing future because this is long trem job. I am very strongly believing there suppose will more people join with.

For yours, for mine, for our future generations, let us united to gether: ONE FOR ALL, ALL FOR ONE!

My real name is Pan Zhen Guo (潘振国), because my most clients are Canadians, it's very hard for them to pronounce my Chinese name; since my family name is Pan, so my customers named me Peter (for business propose, I made my English name become official name since it's easy for them to remember).

Actually, I just make myself as a sample because if I am work alone, no matter how harder I try, the result will just a little. And that was the reason why I try to form an association UCMA (detail you maybe find: www.ucma.netfirms.com), which would truly represent our Chinese communities--no matter reach or poor, high educated or low educated; no matter where we came from, what kind language we speaks, especially with our small overseas communities. Because unfortunately there still doesn't exist yet.<o></o>

And I believe for sure there are other people also trying very hard to support our society, and doing their best to change our Chinese society image from Canadian society for the way they look in order to receive equally treatment and justice like the others.<o></o>

I only wish one thing for the people who received my help or support and benefited from my experience, would contribute something to help and support the others. Join with me to help and support the others. By this way, for sure our Chinese society will get more stronger than today.<o></o>

Last thing I appreciated if people would patiently wait for my answers since I am doing this alone, and some time I didn't responded immediately. And I also wish people would understand the point since some people might think why I didn't stand on their side, just because I try to stand nurture side to look at the case to possibly help you to resolve, and I will not say something just to make you feel better.
