My sister will visit me to Montreal with tourism visa.
She will stay here about 6 months. She prefers to take driving licence exam in Montreal. According to her status, can she apply for it ?

she probably won't have enough time to take the driving test.  in quebec, you need to hold your learner's permit (after writing her exam on theories) for a minimum of 8 months before you could take road test.  you sister's visitor visa will allow her to stay in canada for only 6 months.  what mtl160 said is also true, though.
