The Fringe is a celebration of the Arts, guided by a strict philosophy that the nature of art is not to be decided by anyone but the artist themselves. Fringe festival is a festival of live stage performance, including theater, dance and performance art, puppetry, spoken word, storytelling and more. The beauty of the Fringe is that you never know what you're going to get, from Shakespeare to comedians to clowns to murder mysteries. In west countries, every big city has its own Fringe festival.
