The tax return should be use QC, I will confirm later.

If you live inn Quebec on Dec/31/2004, then you should report as Quebec resident

If a person from Ontario moved to montreal since last year 2005 but never worked (in Quebec), just studied, how do do the tax filing? As Quebec resident?

Haven't even applied for Health card, don't know how to get... :frown:
