我的摄像机是PAL制式，但电视机是NTSC制式。有谁知道如何使之匹配？摄像机制式可否改变？

No way.
You have to buy a VCT that you can have PAL input and NTSC output at the same time. But I could not find such a VCR from the market.
I brought a Panasonic HD100 VCR which supports full modes. However, if you set it to NTSC, both the input and output have to be NTSC. The image from your PAL video camera will be distorted.
I knew it before but just to make it sure I do not mislead you, I tried again on my systems and it does not work.

However there is one workaround you may be interested.
Steps:
1. You can save all your small tapes.
2. You may transfer the vido to the normal VHS tapes using PAL mode. (Just use a VCR like mine, transfer the video in PAL mode.) You can use your NTSC TV to monitor the video although you lose the color in the picture due to the mode mismatch.
3. You can transfer all your video from VHS tapes to VCD. (It is quite a common service available in China just like you develop photo films.) I think you can also find such service here but I am not sure.
4. Normally it is good enough for you to have everything on VCD, but if you prefer to have copies on VHS tapes, it is very easy to do it now because all the VCD or DVD player you bought from China can play your VCD and output to NTSC mode. So just use a VCR to record the video to NTSC mode, you can use your NTSC TV to enjoy your video from you NTSC VHS tapes now.

But if I were you, I would just simply buy another NTSC digital video camera and phase out the PAL one.

To your question, I still think my solution (VHS to VCD) is most viable.

One alternative could be to buy a professional multi-system converter like this one: http://web.wt.net/~sara/pages/wwtnltr1.htm.

But personally, I would stick on my solution. Different people may have different preference. I will be very glad to hear your alternatives.
