What do you mean, hot water or cold water? Cold water is potable, but the hot water seems not. However, I don't know the real reason. Anybody can explain it?
The hot water is for washing. Only the cold water has been processed strictly to be ready to drink.& |+ y: F, {4 h3 K2 z. A

So drink the cold water only, boiled or not boiled. Never drink the hot water.
Tweatys point is very important. The hot water is from the hot water tank made of metals not neccesary for drink. Some times overnight you find it in yellow colour.I means those metal tube in hot water tank will desolve something in water. Personally I have never tried to analyse it. For cold water it is relatively safe to drink.8 W2 R5 A6 n) J I1 f8 I. d0 I
But i still see some people (very rare) feel not good from drink cool water. May be it is because some times the temperature is low and some people not acustomed with cold water will feel bad.So boil it will be safe for those people.
