If you live  in Vancouver on Dec/31 then you should report your income tax to BC.



GST is a tax credit for low income.

In short, BC tax is lower then Quebec.

GST and PST in BC is lower...that means I get lower tax return from BC right?

But I lived there in Montreal from the first day I landed in may untill Dec 30. 2004.

So I shouldn't fill out the QC tax return.

even tough I will return back to Montreal in couple months.
