Senior MS SQL Database Integrator / Developer Needed

- Develop and refine large scale production databases.
7 d. k: O# ]# w- {1 ? - Implement integration solutions using Microsoft Biztalk
* I- H) h4 y# h$ c - Develop database structure/code (packages, procedures, functions, etc) for the application as required.1 q+ w% z% U% U) r
- Establish and communicate data management processes and procedures.
% c$ c W" o- G( o - Support developers in resolving technical problems.
' B$ W6 g/ U0 J7 R+ g - Manage a technically complex and ambiguous environment.1 E; I1 P* B+ z8 z1 C: \, x7 f
- Exploit the advantages of new and old technologies alike.- A: r$ M) @& Y& t
- Analyze, define, design, and propose solutions to business problems at the highest level.6 H& _. B! r! J& d* H% ?& |
- Advise on how to plan, organize, and provide technical control for the computing resources that are required in the development of system solutions.

- Coordinate efforts, exploit technology, and use business logic to manage IT projects.

- Provide leadership and mentoring to more intermediate and junior developers, transferring domain and technical knowledge;

; s! h1 f; f q, }4 ^7 V3 }: O) J+ {& t* `3 N
" O, `+ y# w7 e. f- u3 g# k5 O- A* T, L9 V5 b4 R9 p
' x. n- H5 ?8 d X0 R0 @+ a
- Degree in Computer Science, Applied Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years design/programming experience with relational databases;' J1 s! U! \1 w# j; K( c; E
- 5+ years developing against relational database (MsSQL Server 2000 & 2005);
9 v/ l6 u# G, q d$ T+ ? l [ - 3+ Years developing integration solutions using Microsoft Biztalk 2004/2006 (BizTalk 2006 is an asset);
+ W8 D+ n8 g; a' ^0 m+ R& D - Expert in SSIS/DTS Skills Required, as well as, experience developing and tuning high performance, secure scalable and reliable business systems;1 b2 T1 R! @* B
- Expert in Web Services, XSD schemas and in BizTalk Orchestration / Mapping tools;
. s7 S# S! P) n% D n - Experience in using BizTalk for SOA / ESB solutions, F& [/ C1 _ L+ e3 Z
- Experience in using BizTalk development environments
5 @1 }% x, w/ s( U @ - Experience in supporting/mentoring developers in resolving technical problems, as well as, managing a technically complex and ambiguous environment;& Z/ M" ?: O1 S7 ?" \7 Y* ~ [
- Excellent collaboration, communication and problem solving skills;

- Evaluating architectural issues along technical, business, and organizational lines.
