从家庭医生那里转病历要交10 元,合理合法吗?

如果搬到外省去原来的看病档案怎么办?新家庭医生跟以前的家庭医生传真病历还是自己带走?急急!!!!!!!!!

you can ask your family doctor about it. usually he or she could let you bring them with you and give to your new doctor. or later ask your family doctor Fax them to your new one. It should be free of charge.
I did it because I moved from Ottawa to Montreal.
