Hey,everyone, you know, i used to buy the round trip tickets from Jade agency, and by some reason, I couldn't take the flight back to Montreal, and I asked the lady in Jade Agency to return the ticket and give back the refund, but they said NO WAY, shit! I don't understand why, I thought it was the law, so i said, is there anyway I can return the ticket, they said no! and you know, I also bought the tickets back to China, and coz the SARS, I couldn't get back, then I asked for refund,-no in Jade Agency this time. and they asked me $150 for service fee, coz I paid the money already, so I couldn't decide if I would be willing to offer them the damnshit service fee or not. So, eventually I paid the service fee of 150CDN. that's it! I was also pissed off so much! i don't know why, all the Travel Agency are so shitty like that! So, NEVER EVER go to Jade Agency and other Chinese travel Agency!
