我在Concordia 附近的"XXX COMPUTER"买了一台佳能打印机, 仍在保修期内,因有故障拿去修理,店主竟说这不归他管,拒绝修理,请问这种情况应该找谁解决?

Generally speaking, you were supposed to fill and send out a product registration form coming with your original package of printer within 15~30 days of purchase. Depending on this registration, the producer would provide you an limited product warranty.

To solve the situation, try to contact the producer by calling or visiting its website.
