which phone card is the best?

Sorry for my English text because my computer cannot type chinese.
I bought a TOP $5 phone card for calling Ottawa,it says it could be 330 minutes.But when I called for only 30mins it showed I only have 230 mins,what's wrong?
Anybody can give me some advice which card is suitable for the long distance in canada?

you should scrutinize the poster on the vendor site, whether it noted "there maybe a maintainence fee applied".
如果有,它每打一次会扣掉几毛钱,叫service charge,或maintainence fee, 更黑的还有connection fee,
小心点看.
不信,你这张卡留3毛钱,你再拨,它说你you have the ineffeciency balance to make this call, pLs hang up.

另外,唐人街卖的卡八折,你可省很多钱.
