driver license translation

Who knows where can I have my driver license translated. I want to take the paper test and road test later.
Can I have it translated by a certified translator?

I just happened to call the SAAQ today, they gave me the list of translation institution. Give me your e-mail if you want, so I can send it to you.

By the way, they also mentioned that they didn't accept the translated document from China.
