The answer is that It's just 里脊肉, and can be sliced as Filet and shred. Most people like to eat meat everyday, right? And it is one of the easiest way to stir-fry it with vegetable.

I am just about to ask about this 里脊肉, my understanding is that it is more tender and has no taste for soup. U guys make it sound like hundred match . Anyone give me the answer?
