The spring festival is coming ,I want to send some money back home .I think money order is cheaper.But the name in the money order is in chinese or in english.How could I ensure the person to take the money order is the right persons?

I don't think you can cash out the money order, which you issued here, in China. The system is isolated in China. You might call Bank of China in Toronto to get its own way to ship your money back.

ESC, you can buy a money draft from Bank of Montreal, this bank correspond with Bnak of China. if your destination is in a big city of China, there is a bank branch which the reciever can cash out right the way. Please tell the teller exacly the name who you wnat to sent to and ask them type the address of the bank branch on the money draft. When the reciever get this money draft,  just go to this bank branch and shows his/her ID, she or he can cash out without any problem. I send the money every year by this way. It's save and fast.
