Of course!!! It is a good chance to meet people. I am a member of Golden Key Society at McGill University. It is a nice thing to join!

GOLDEN KEY SOCIETY 是一个国际范围的组织。 世界上的大学都有自己的CHAPTER。 我参加的是MCGILL CHAPTER。 CONCORDIA 也应该有自己的CHAPTER。 GOLDEN KEY 是一个优良学生的组织， 前提是每个系的TOP10%， GPA大于3。8。  所以， 好处是可以认识很多能人， 而且， 对自己的将来有好处。在CV上， 又添上了光辉的一页。 如果你是符合条件的， GOLDEN SOCIETY 会主动找你。 so, make your GPA to around 3.8-3.9!!  luck!

i don't think it worth joining the club, i  am also a member.  but the only thing I've done so far is volunteer in the fund-raising( gift wrapping in the X'mas).  Besides, i did saw them having a booth( a table) in front of the classroom and ask student to join at  some cost...... so it's eveybody's party.
It does mark a line on your C.V. which i don't find it help me in anyway (so far)
