On a heavy raining midnight, I was following a car on Highway 87, close to town of Plattsburgh, NY. Both of the cars were running about 100 KM. Suddenly, a US police stopped me.
1. He said: You caught front car;
2. I said: The two cars are on different lane;
3. He said: give me your drive license.
Then, he made a ticket and come back, saying that you were driving at 85 miles. It was not the fact. So I went the court and contest the ticket. However, a women Judge even didn’t listen and said: I will send you my decision on a mail. After two days, I received a letter and charge a big amount. It is hard to accept the result that was gotten by a human eyes, inside a moving truck and at heavy running midnight. I hate the way of the policemen and the woman judge did. I would like to contest the count decision.
Who have the idea for the contest procedure?
If I ignore the letter, what will happen? It will affect my Quebec driver license?
Thanks for any suggestion. |
