刚登陆BC省，6月到MONTREAL，住到9月成为QUEBEC RESIDENT，9月开学，就马上可以拿到LOAN和BURSARY了吗？

现在问题是上面说要6月30号前申请，9月才能拿到钱。但是6/30我还不是QUEBEC RESIDENT。无法申请。WEBSITE特别说了，申请的时候材料要交全。但6/30我拿不到QUEBEC RESIDENT证明。这种情况，怎么办？

Many people apply for loan and bussary very late (later than June 30th). They just have to wait till Oct. or Nov. to get their loan. Before you get your loan, you can ask the school to postpone your tuition deadline.

However, i am not sure whether you are eligible for subsidy for the fall term, given the fact that you are becoming a quebec resident only after the semester starts.  You'd better check with the Financial Aid Office at your school.

AFE关于你能否qualify9月开始的秋季学期的原则日期是2001年11月30日左右(以去年经验观之)，在这之前你是Quebec resident的话，你就qualify
关于6月30日这个日期我不清楚，但是2001-2002年度申请截止应该是在2002年的3月30日左右(以去年经验观之)
你申请不到2001年夏季学期(5月-8月)的L+B，因为你9月才入学，所以你不用证明你6月30日的Quebec resident身份
L+B的申请周期较长，需慢慢等待
最好通过AFE的online access与之联系

我是五月到MONTREAL的，没有去过其他省，想去LASALLE COLLEGE 读七月份开学的班，不知可否申请到LB。谢谢 :  :confused:

2, apply for l/b
3, apply for deferral of tuition fee(ask the student aids office how to  do it)
4, when your application is being processed, you are already quebec resident. you will get the l/b and tuition fee for quebec student.

有朋友对我说申请9月的bursay&loan,loan多而bursary少，是这样吗？可是一年下来还是多吧？
