I have got the Ph. D offers from McGill. But I do not want to start my study in September 2003. I want to put off to Janyary 2004.  Someboday can tell me how to do?  I have got two offers from McGill.  One is the engineering and another is science.  I am unsure whcih one is better for me?  Can you help me to make good decisions?  You may send e-amil to me by bobestherubc@yahoo.com.
