Hi lihui
If you apply Macc (two terms, eight courses)at waterloo, you will be asked to take some prerequisite courses in accounting. generally, average 75 can be accepted. Before I applied,
I had finised cs degree and some prerequisite accounting courses at Boston U.
Salary should not be a factor when you make decision. When you get professional title. you can earn more than programer. The key is whether you like this iob. Sometimes, accounting is more boring than programer.
My suggestion is you should go to waterloo as a full time student in cs and take some accounting courses in summer. If you really like accounting. you can transfer to MAcc. |
