I did ask the administration office. The answer is : It is not you to concern GPA. We will calculate it.
The problem is they will ask my previous university to send my transcript and GPA range of my department and I really don't know the way they calculate and the way in China.I don't think the two ways will be the same.
Anyway, like fattiger said, maybe the best way is just ignore such things,leaving those complicated to simple.

不是的啊，我的成绩单（英文）开出来后就在表格最下面有个remark：A（100-90）、B（89-80）、C（79-70）、D（69-60）、F（59or less）

MCGILL没有A+， 85以上， 都是A。 UO的时候， 可以不用上课，天天睡觉， 就是A； UI的时候， 好好学习， 是A。 U2的时候， 看着天亮做不完PROJECT， 还没有A。 呵呵， 加油！
