我现在准备报DAWSON的HEATHSCIENCE,但不知以后可不可以转MCGILL的医学院,请知情的朋友给点信息

据我所知识绝对不可能的。在魁省college与university是完全两个概念，两个阶段的学习。
希望我是错的，因为我也想这样进麦大医学院。

只有完成CEGEP(COLLEGE)的学业，并且GPA达到要求才能被UNIVERSITY（MCGILL OR CONCORDIA等）录取。

Here is the way to apply Med School in Canada.
- You have to get a 4 yr science bachelor degree, mostly major in Biochemistry or microbiology. Otherwise, you have to take some core courses e.g. biology, chemistry etc. in addition to other majors. of course, High GPA.
- Involving in voluneering activities in hospitals, society.
- Having some summer working experience in school reseach labs.
- Take MCAT exam in ur high level undergrad yr, which is manditory medical school entry exams.
- Send ur application in ur final yr studies. if they are considering ur application, you will have an interview with their faculty members.
- Like to help ppl by heart, not just want to make millions a yr     

Remark: this is applicable for ppl who want to study medicine at undergraduate level(another 4 yrs study) to be able to practice in North America hosiptals. It is not the case for graduate medicine degree. Similar to law degree here.

It's alot of work but not mission impossible...hehe
