To my knowledge, Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal (Montreal Polytechnical Universityis) the best engineering university in Quebec province. According to statistical studies, 96% of students graduated from this university found jobs within 6 months after their graduation.This ratio is much higher than other universities. Moreover, speaking French is not necessary for all gradaute students in either M.Sc. or Ph.D. Every Ph.D. student from China can obtain an exemption of high tuition fees in this university. Montreal Polytechnical University (MPU)is an English translation of Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal (EPM). Both EPM and HEC are located in the same campus as University of Montreal, forming a university complex. But they are independent universities.
