after that, we can swimming as well, so bring your swim gear.

The description as below:

Canoe Rental for Excursion on the North River
Float down the North River from Val-David to Val-Morin, a distance of 7.5 km, in about 2-3 hours. The river is calm and ideally suited for family outings. There is no rush, you can paddle, swim, picnic and watch the wild life. Take your time and enjoy the natural surroundings at your leisure.

At the end, your bikes will be waiting for you to return along the cycling trail (P'tit Train du Nord) back to Val-David. A van shuttle is also available.

呵呵，抱歉我只有周五有空，上星期去爬的C线果然累，还差点走错。下来的时候是沿着雪道，快多了，还发现了3只鹿

夏天快过了，可能没有什么机会一起出去了。

因为是单程12公里，所以需要有另一辆车对接。请有车又喜欢户外运动的和我联系。
