How to get compensation for working accident?

Hi, everyone. Besides medical and transportation expense, is it possible to get exrtra compensation from CSST in a working accident? (The wounded person lost a tooth and got a 1" scar on forehead.) And how to get the extra compensation? Thanks.

hi! You can get 90 % (i think so, but check with CSST, there is clear statement for it) of your current wage till you return to work. You have to apply to CSST which has clear clause for compensation. I forget if CSST will pay first 2 weeks of wage or not, if not, your employer will pay it. Don't worry.

hi! if you lose your work days due to work accident, i think first 2 weeks of wage will be paid by your employer (check with CSST), after that, your wage will be paid by CSST. However, if you didn't lose any work days, CSST would not pay you. CSST will compensate for the lost wage, not for mental or physical damage. CSST will pay any dental job and related transportation expenses.
