Do not forget the cold war that exists between english-french here in Canada.
Many good french teaching universities are not even considered in this english survey.
For exemple, a lot of engineers in the province of Quebec are from french engineering schools.
And they are a lot of them in the north silicon valley in Ottawa area.
There's also good french business school, art schools, ...
