3. It is called jelly roll pan which is a shallow-sided pan. Usually cookie sheet is only a sheet which does not have any depth.
4. You should use a tube pan which can be used to bake chiffon cake and angel food cake. There are varies fancy fluted tube pans in the market.
When you bake, the batter should be baked in an ungreased tube pan which allows the batter to cling to the sides and the tube enables hot air to circulate. Also it is necessary to get the cake inverted once baked otherwise it will be flated. |
