求助：昨天在sherbrooke 等红灯时右后门被一两车碰了一个巴掌大的坑并且刮花了30--40cm,当时不知如何处理，对方只留下她的电话和车牌号让我的保险公司给她打电话，不知对否？按程序应该如何办？报保险公司后又如何确定是谁的责任呢（我的车是全保）？以后遇到交通事故应该如何处理？谢谢！

If you don't move, it is her responsible. Did you find a witness? It is important. You can follow the instruction on you insurance card. The rest of thing is to call your insurance company. If you have 0% response, you can get more than 1 thousand dollar to fix your car.

打电话给你的保险公司,说明情况,并传真肇事者的资料给保险公司.他们会打电话核实,如果是对方责任,会通知你把车开到车行(他们也会推荐)做检查和修复.你不用付一分钱,而且保险公司不能因此而加你的保费.
以后遇到这种情况:1.报警.或2.让对方留下个人资料的同时,把情况简单写下签名.一般保险公司有一张表,可在上面直接填写和画图.

星期一和代理联系后，他建议我先去车行问要多少钱，如果100以内就私了，星期二到一家车行一问就一点点要500，所以决定报保险。星期三由代理接通了保险公司的电话，由于语言不是很好，代理还帮翻译（三方通话），问了整个过程及肇事车的有关资料，由他们联系对方，核实后如果时对方责任我不必付费，然后给了一个号码，让我到他们指定的车行修理，当天去就把车放那了，车行还给一辆车开回来。原来说好取车时交500，待确定是谁的责任后再决定是否把钱退给我。今天去取车时一看居然是1300多，而且不用我付钱.

you need to be careful for driving after.if you will have a accident after and not 0 response. insurance fee will be increased together for both.insurance company make a good money by this way

移动汽车时，刮了前面车的车尾(一点点塑料),我立即找到车主，愿私了。那个老外说最少$450,我愿给$200.他写下我的资料，然后双方离开，他等我商量价格。没有CALL保险公司。

Can you tell me your insurance company? You insured one side or two sides? Except you had bad record. Normally, this is a very small accident. It will not affect your insurance very much. If they increase your insurance, try to find the other company. I prefer to let the guy call. This is my opinion. You make your decision. $450 is too much. He is making momey from you.
