THEGIRL，很高兴看到你的回贴，我感觉你的英文水平很好，如果不是时间的冲突，你应该没有问题通过那个考试。但是人生中有很多冲突，尤其当我们来到这里（我指加拿大），我们面对冲突的解决方法和在国内有很多不同。对于考试作弊，我们以前见的多了，也没几个人敢说自己从来没做过，但是在加拿大，对待作弊的处理是非常严厉的，不仅是考试，还有报税，考驾照，领取失业金等。如果一旦被抓到，后果非常严重，涉及到诚信和法律问题。不知道为什么，来加拿大越久就越变得比较循规蹈矩了，因为这里的规矩是很清楚的，而且大家也都同样遵守，这个大家当然也是大多数，至少能让你感觉是大多数人。作弊的后果之严重，我是看到过的，这里就不多提了。总之，希望你在今后的生活中渐渐发现这里对于诚信的态度，我想你是聪明的女孩子，你会懂的。

世界上本就没有公平之事，无论是在平民生活中，抑或是政界里。如果认为到了加拿大就是找到了“洁净的天空”，这只能是一种错误的幻想。到今天为止，还没有人发现白色的乌鸦，君不闻“天下的乌鸦一般黑”么？作弊现象到处可见，从申办奥运会到朋友或家庭成员之间的说谎，从竞选议员到日常的买卖，只要你成功了，你的作弊就成为一个手段，且可美其名曰“聪明才智”。何况录取的程序里有如此多的错误和不负责任.与其说进入学校学了那点所谓的知识就可仕途通达，不如说学会一些处事的巧门离成功更近些。
    仅仅是个人见解，不对之处请见谅。

my toefl is 647 and I have applied 5 universities this year. four of those  universities refused me except for concordia.why? they said my university transcript is not good. how much my average score? 76. Is this a bad score at chinese famous universities? of course not.only those fake ones have nice scores like 90 or something.

I hate cheating and cheators. indeed. I really want to say **** to those nasty cheators.

Patriotic

Maybe before you make a complaint or a judgement that other people are cheating on their university transcripts, it's better to make an anaylsis as to why you were refused by most universities.  Maybe there are other reasons that you overlooked.  I don't think many Chinese applicants really cheat  or send fake transcripts.  I know a friend with very bad university transcript, 2 failing courses, still being admitted by McGill. Why? Because he has very good working experience.  For master's, working experience really counts a lot in the event that you didn't have a strong university transcript.

647分又如何，最主要会申请的技巧。被学校据是有很多原因的。我想你的gpa低不是原因。申请学校就是一个工程。很多人都符合条件，但学校也有自己的侧重。toefl只是你对engl的掌握程度，并不代表你的运用程度。还是有很大的差距的。但一定别欺骗，这只会给中国人丢脸。

to thegirl:别自以为是，这里太多高人了，580只是piece of cake!他们只不过没时间看帖子、会帖子罢了。你不必由于时间的冲突，就想到破坏中国人形象的事。其实都是有正当途径解决的。

windsor的interview你是不需要亲自去的，可以要求他们电话面试。结果也是一样，多准备一下，才是对的。不要再用乱用中国人的小聪明了
