I don't think there is one in Montreal. It's heard that there is only in Ottawa,Toronto and Vancouver.

我以前看到过有关的信息。你需要向渥太华的中国大使馆申请，要递交一大堆资料。然后使馆根据所谓的评估，选择一部分人列入名单，再向加拿大教育部提供名单。这些人还要同中国政府签订合同，要回国服务。实际上也免不了多少钱。
