I landed here in Vancouver in Jun, this year.
I am applying to the universities in Montreal. Am I eligible to apply for the bursary from Qu ebec?
Is there any requirement like: one must first move to Montreal or one must first live in Montreal for certain period of time before one can apply for the bursary from Quebec?
