To 还 again and other kind friends:
I want to register a vocational training program in Jan 2004(will last for a year), and will start a continuing education program(graduate) in May 2004. But I do not want to quit the training program after May. (ambitious, isn't it?)
The 1st question is:
Which choice is better: transfer L&B to the continuing education program in May or until Dec.(the end of the training program)? What is the difference between these two choices?
The 2nd question is:
Suppose I do not transfer until Dec., and also suppose they assess that I can get loan $2500 and bursary $6500 for the training course(I am not sure about the total amt), I do not know how will L&B be awarded to me:
(1) Jan-Apr: Loan $2500 + Bur.$500
(2) May-Aug: Loan or Bur??: $3000
(3) Sep-Dec: Bur. 3000
I noticed that there is a conflict in the second term, i.e.: If they pay me loan, then the total loan will amount to $5500, which is bigger than what they assessed, while they might pay me loan because it is the beginning of a new financial year! Oh, have I clearly expressed what I want to ask? Really sorry for taking your time!
And thanks a lot! |
