大家好，
我今年5月办理结婚手续，然后申请family class移民。
我递上去材料中包括结婚公证，户口公证等。
突然我发现我的户口上面的结婚状态还是single.
也就是说，我办完结婚后，我们两人的户口上面的状态还是single.

请问，我需要到公安局去更改婚姻状态吗？
如果需要的话，是不是去户口所在地的公安局做？
那我的户口公证是不是需要重新做？

but how to explain it? you mean if the immigration office ask about this, I can write to explain it?

I have submitted my application, and they didnot mention anything about this yet.
so I can only wait , if they ask , give them the explaination or the modified hukou, right? if they donot ask, then it means it is ok lah, right?

by the way, if all your guys change the status on your hukou when you applied the immigration? anyone has experience about this? :confused: :confused:

户口最根本的作用是证明你的确是那个地方的居民，至于是否结婚，结婚证是最根本的证明。户口没改原因很多，解释清楚人家也就不会纠缠在这里了，他们又不看你户口对不对。
