The rim will not rust in Salty snow and water. Color in Black. The Rim model has to fit the tire model. not included in the winter tire price, you can order them with the tire. In CT 39.99 for the 13inch RIM and 49.99 for 14 inch rim. But installation of the tire on the rim is free, balance 38CAD for 4 tires. I bought new set of Michellin X-ICE 185/65R14 with winter rim and balance. Cost 869CAD with tax. Still waiting 50$ CT gift card
