想带些钱回国，但听说凡带有超过1万加币的人（无论现金还是旅行支票）出入加拿大都需要报关。想请教一下报关是什么意思?是需要对超过一万元的钱交税还是只是报告一下?还需要有什么文件证明钱是我自己的吗?:confused:  请明白的人指教，多谢!

对的, "一万加币"不仅指现金, 也包括其它形势的钱, 诸如汇票(Money Order)和银行本票(Bank Draft), 等等等等....

If you are sending $10,000 or more - including any combination of coins, domestic and foreign bank notes, and securities such as travellers cheques, stocks and bonds, etc. - from Canada by mail, you must complete Form E667, Cross-Border Currency or Monetary Instruments Report - General and include it with the item being mailed, and mail or submit a completed copy of Form E667 to the nearest Canadian customs office at the same time or before you mail the package. Additional postal requirements may exist when importing or exporting currency or monetary instruments by mail. For further information please contact Canada Post at 1-800-267-1177.

Failure to report

Currency and monetary instruments of $10,000 or more, which are not reported, may be subject to seizure and the assessment of penalties. Penalties range from $250 to $5,000 and may include forfeiture.
