Can i apply to study franch and get subsidy if i stayed in Toronto for half a year, but two months in China, not in Toronto?

As for Cofi application, if the applicant has no CSQ and landed in ohter province for several months, it is case by case. There is no regulation say YES or NO. It depends on your ability of dealing with officials of COFI. Most of people like your case succeed in application for COFI.Even so, no one guarantee to your success.

There is no other way apply for COFI outside of Quebec. If you would like to apply for. COME to Montreal, TRY it yourself!
