Now I am an international student in M.Eng,Concordia. I've found a professor in the Univ. of Ottawa and his group is the best in the Canadian Research Chair.But he can not offer me funds for at least one year. I beg you give me some kind suggestions about whether I should apply for Univ.Ottawa or stay in Concordia. I just graduated from undergraduate level in China.I know nothing about Canadian Univ. But now I know Mcgill is good and Concordia is bad and I want to go other Univs.But Mcgill insists me to offer the official TOEFL score and my score is out of valid date(637/4.5 ,taken in Oct.2001).So I am very confused.
Please give me some suggestions~Thx

呵呵，UO比康大好多了。UO是排在医学博士类大学行列里的。至于这个康大，能算个大学已经是很抬举它了，有人说它只不过是个中专。以前有人在网上骂之，我还出来反驳之。随着与之接触，我发现大家骂得算是轻的了。：） 康大真个一rubbish.....
如果你能去UO，当然去就是了。
