Here is another case
One guy go back to China, He's the No.5 from a U the same as "WuZhen". Every Chinese know it.
Another guy go back to China, He's the No.1 from U Con. No one know this U in China.
So, The first guy get a chance.    

My point is to give the guy (我偶然知道有个人在申请读研，他的GPA不算太高，他也没有改分数。但他串通国内学校里的人做了个假证明，证明他班上排名在前5%；实际上，他的排名在前15%，但不在前5%内。)a chance, let him apply at U Con. He'll not have a chance again.  wink

做假本身就是对不做假的人的不公平。即影响其它人又破坏群体的形象。入学规则与其它规则一样，总不能完全公正，但这并不能成为违法乱纪的理由，即使这是加拿大。建议无情打击。。。

妈的,中国人到国外还整这事.我有个朋友,联大毕业,gpa平均90多分,还有个朋友,北方交大毕业,gpa只有72分,你不造能行吗.你不造,就不录你.老外要英文推荐信,中国人有几个不是造的,没办法,国情不一样,只有从实际出发.我估计你的推荐信也是造的.别自己造完假,看别人造假不舒服.国人很多时候是不得不做一些事情.互相理解吧.
