如果动作完全到位：优美流畅轻松有节奏（象华尔兹那样），就 mogul 而言，是三级教练员的水平。注意，mogul 只是三级教练员“必备“的技术的一个部分。到达到三级，有很长很长的路要滑。

10 步制的水平还达不到上面的水准。

能“飞”的人不一定能达到优美流畅轻松有节奏，，，，但飞是第一步。

Hi skiers and riders,

I'm going to Mont-Tremblant from Nov. 28th - 30th (Mon-Wed).

I can give a ride (one passenger only - small car) or I'll be one of your passengers. We can share the gas. Skier or snowboarder are welcome, even you may be available for only one of the days.

After we arrive at the ski resort, each of us will go ski/ride by himself/herself. We will meet each other at the end of the day and then will drive back to Montreal.

Car-pooling meeting place will be at the Narmur metro exit (beside Decaire and fast food store). If interested, please leave your contact info here or you can contact me by e-mail.

Departure time from Montreal: 6-7am
Arrival time at Montreal: Around 18:00 - 19:00 (depend on the traffic)
