I had been there last Saturday, unlike Mont Trembly, it is more nature.
It's very important to wear sport shoes since the hill ridges are very cliffy.
The park offers cable service,  which costs only 9$ /person to the top of the hill.

Also the park is not that far from Montreal, it took me hour and half to there.

By the way, don't miss a small town names Magog if you have time. It's very close to Mont Oxford park.  (10 mintues by car).  You will be impressed by the nice view
