it's NOT possible to get back 50$ from comwave. When you sign up, there is a written agreement saying only refund 25$ when you return the modem. Most people do NOT even know about this. I called them 6 times to cancel but they only called me back once correctly (the ONLY way to cancel) a few billing mistakes. It is a nightmare! So terrible experience!

加拿大是个法制国家并不意味着没有骗子, 相反会使骗子更加狡猾, 难以分辨和难以对付. 这是我这些年的体会.

只要我们生活在经济社会里, 骗子小偷是不可避免的. 法制意味着你可以通过法律保护你自己. 但你必须是个精明的消费者和有法制观念的人. 如果贪图便宜或不谨慎给对方提供了把柄或机会. 或不懂法律, 你就有可能吃哑巴亏. 就只能交学费. 即使完全有理也要有证据. 因为凡事要讲法律, 讲证据. 而法律是保护每一个人, 但却不能空口无凭的.

我们这几年经历了很多令人气愤但最终却讨到了说法的事情. 为了毁掉证据, 我们的车居然在夜里被人动了手脚. 当然我们当天就到警察局备了案.

今天查了一下信用卡帐单，他们（Comwave）果然只支付$25。
说另外的$25用于包装邮寄费。并且说，他们已经发给我电子邮件说明此事。

但是，他们给我发邮件时，我已经订购他们的服务。所以，他们还是在欺骗。

既然有人提到了Comwave, 我就说两句。

我"享受"过他们的服务.

打电话注册订Modem. 一再重申我要免费试用一个月。当场按约定收走$50。收到Modem后，打电话开通，再次重申免费试用一个月。结果当场收走$17.22的服务费。打电话2次，声明是免费试用，不应该收费。电话里答应refund, 就是在信用卡上见不到退钱。

试用满一个月，要求停止服务（因为它对Internet依赖太大），要求返回多收的$17.22。被告知，$17.22已经返回到了我的服务账户。因为我要停止服务，所以这$17.22也将随之消失。不可能返回到我的信用卡上。

我说，我要求一个月的免费试用，你们收了钱，是你们的过错，为什么要扣我的钱。他们居然说他们从来没提供过免费试用计划。我再打电话到他们的服务部门问，如果我要开通服务有没有一个月的免费试用，他们说有。我问，那我的账户为什么被扣钱。他们却说，以前的事他们不知道。

今天把他们的Modem寄回去了，不知道能不能收到$50的refund. 总之，我不信任这家公司。

气死我了,我和你们的情况一样,我还给帮我申请的那个地方大电话,她们竟然把我推来退去的...:mad: 态度极为恶劣...好像反而是我在骗她钱一样...

我觉得咱们这个贴应该制顶.告诉其他人不要在受骗了...而且我们应该一起给comwave的那个服务部打电话去投诉,
我刚刚打的时候,他们员工说,那些中国代理什么的,可能就是为了那提成,隐瞒＆撒谎...没有把事实告诉我们...
还有...我们应该让像蒙城华人报投诉...我看这些代理,就是吃定我们不愿意找事的想法...骗了一个又一个的...:mad: :eek!:

我非常支持对COMWAVE及其销售代理的服务投诉。我觉得这销售代理有误导欺骗消费之嫌，再加上COMWAVE的服务质量和态度非常的差劲，就难怪我们这些客户愤慨万分了。但是光愤慨也没用，我想了几点挽救措施。1，因为是从信用卡收钱，请大家打电话给信用卡公司，要求取消付款。理由是信用卡号被滥用。2，利用公众监督机构展开调查。比如向消费者协会类似机构反映，要求调查。（有知道协会电话的朋友请跟贴通知，本人亲自打电话投诉）3，加拿大是法制社会，要充分利用法律工具维护自己的利益。本人略懂商法，希望有知道小额纠纷法庭地址电话的朋友跟贴告之，我必将销售代理告上法庭，为广大受欺骗用户讨回公道。4，建议蒙城华人网站取消他们的广告，避免更多华人上当受骗。5，请大家利用网络的力量广告亲朋切莫上当。

俗话说，团结力量大！希望受损失的朋友不要再沉默，大家共同声讨黑心的销售商！！

I had same problems with this company. If I have seen this post earlier, I won't order from them! They charged me 62$, 50$ for modem and 12$ for shipping modem to me, but they never tell me those charges when I ordered service. I never heard any company charge shipping modem to customers and they even didn't tell me this charges. I guess they are afraid that if they told me this,  I won't order from them. And when I ordered the service, the price is 9.95 for 2 years contract, include call display and other few function, but now they said they will charge 14.99 and nothing funchtion included. I  I don't know if their phone service is good or not, I am still in first month to try. But if this company hide those charges to get more customers and asked customer to pay those shipping fee, also changed all the time as they want, I doubt their phone service has good quality and how long their company can be in market.  I will talk to their manager and if they won't give me correct arrangement, I will use videotron phone service, which is 16.99, not expensive either and I am sure they have good service.
