for a Police Cerificate (or Criminal Records Check) then your friend is 3 o" n5 p# a+ K0 r5 u5 O+ C( U) c
right. As per our website, the RCMP will accept fingerprint forms from 5 V$ X' J: e8 R) ]% W& g, P# J
foreign countries that contain the following:
4 i# Y8 C1 K6 l4 C- rolled and flat impressions of all ten fingers taken with black ink
6 u! [. C" f/ V+ [. B. i- full name, date of birth and sex of the applicant

1) Can I do the fingerprints in Beijing Embassy?

However, my friend told me I really can do that. So, I am confused. Did ! J8 Q& O( b3 x
my friend give me incorrect message or is the representative from CIC
